How Long Do Pack Sites Take to Ship? Times by Platform

Physical cards from pack sites ship from vaults, not warehouses. Real processing and delivery times across the directory, and what slows them down.

Cards you pull on pack sites usually live in a vault, not a warehouse. That means shipping has two separate waits: processing (getting your card out of the vault, sometimes graded or authenticated) and transit (the carrier bringing it to you). Platforms quote these separately, and the honest ones tell you both numbers.

Why vault shipping is slower than Amazon

Vaults exist to store cards securely and, on some platforms, to hold them while you decide between buyback and delivery. Pulling a single card from a vault, packing it to collectible standards and handing it to a carrier takes days, not hours. Cards stored with grading partners like PSA take longer still, because the card may need to move between facilities first.

Processing and delivery times across the directory

Sourced from each platform’s own pages, via our listings. “Processing” is the platform’s handling time; “transit” is the carrier’s.

What slows things down

Grading and authentication. Cards going through PSA or a similar partner add handoffs between facilities. Collector Crypt notes that partner vaults take longer.

High-value cards. Several platforms add sourcing or verification time for expensive pulls. Pullbox allows 15 extra days for sourced high-end cards.

International addresses. Expect to add weeks, not days. packs-com quotes 4 to 8 weeks internationally, and Phygitals adds roughly 1 to 4 weeks outside the US.

Signature requirements. LastPack ships signature-required, which is good protection but means someone has to be home.

Tips for getting your cards faster

  1. Request shipping as soon as you decide to keep a card. The clock starts at your request, not your pull.
  2. Double-check your address before confirming. A failed delivery restarts the whole process.
  3. If a platform offers vault storage, decide within the free window. Storage fees or auto-buyback deadlines can force your hand.
  4. For expensive cards, ask whether tracking and insurance are included.

If you would rather have money than cardboard, read how pack site buybacks work and how to cash out first. Each listing tracks current shipping terms with sources.
