What users say about Japan Trading Card Center
Average 4.6/5 across 1 source
The US service launched on October 9, 2026, so there are no US user reports yet: no Trustpilot profile could be tied to the service, and the US App Store listing had no ratings when checked on October 16, 2026. The same app has run in Japan since June 2023 and holds 4.56 stars from 30,262 ratings on the Japanese App Store; those ratings cover the Japanese service, where packs are bought with in-app coins. This listing otherwise rests on the company's own launch release, published through PR Newswire on October 13, 2026.
Ratings checked Oct 16, 2026 and linked above. Sources with fewer than 20 ratings, or ratings covering a whole company app, are shown but not averaged. Reviews are self-selected and can be skewed by incentives or in-app prompts. We summarize recurring themes and don't copy reviews.

Our take on Japan Trading Card Center
Overview
Japan Trading Card Center is a new launch for US readers. The Japanese operator, Japan Trading Card Center Co., Ltd., has run an online trading card repack service (oripa) in Japan since 2023, and it opened the service in the United States on October 9, 2026, after earlier launches in Taiwan (May 2026) and Hong Kong (July 2026). Its repacks are called Packs in the overseas markets, and the English-language app, JTCC: TCG Packs & Repacks, is live on the US App Store and Google Play.
Per the company’s launch release, each Pack’s product page shows the total number of packs offered, the pull rate for each tier, and the card list before purchase, with the displayed rates reflecting the pack pool as it stood at release and changing as packs sell. The home-market app sells packs for Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, Dragon Ball, Weiss Schwarz and Duel Masters, priced in in-app coins; the US lineup and US prices are not published outside the app. The lineup is not limited to trading cards; the release also names game consoles and other hobby goods. Users must be 18 or older.
Payouts and shipping
There is no cash-out described in the release. A card you pull can be requested for delivery to your home, or exchanged for points inside the service (the app calls them coins). No exchange percentage is published, so the points route cannot be compared with a buyback rate yet. On delivery, the release says the company currently covers international shipping costs, except in certain regions where delivery is unavailable, and that overseas markets get local-currency payment and local-language display.
How we scored it
Launch-week scores, set from the company’s launch release and the app-store record. US-specific reports will move them.
- Fairness 3.0: per-Pack pull rates, pack counts and card lists published before purchase (per the release), with no provably-fair system described.
- Payouts 3.0: delivery home is offered and shipping costs are currently covered by the company (per the release), but there is no cash payout route and no user reports yet.
- Value 4.0: no buyback percentage or exchange rate is published, so value cannot be verified yet.
- Experience 5.0: neutral default. The app has run in Japan since 2023 and the English app is live in the US, but there is no US review record yet.
- Support 5.0: neutral default, with no US user reports to judge.
