What users say about Tria Gacha
Every rating here covers the whole Tria wallet app, not Gacha, so the store ratings are shown but not averaged into the score. The Tria app rates 3.53 on the US App Store (40 ratings) and 2.19 on Google Play (3,921 ratings). Its Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and holds 3.4 from just 2 reviews. The written Play reviews we read are about the wallet and card side: individual reviewers report money that is hard to move back out after a minimum top-up, promotions they say were not honoured, and support messages going unanswered. Gacha itself launched in private beta on October 4, 2026, so there is no Gacha-specific feedback yet.
Ratings checked Oct 17, 2026 and linked above. Sources with fewer than 20 ratings, or ratings covering a whole company app, are shown but not averaged. Reviews are self-selected and can be skewed by incentives or in-app prompts. We summarize recurring themes and don't copy reviews.

Our take on Tria Gacha
Overview
Tria Gacha is a pack feature inside Tria, the self-custody crypto wallet and Visa card app run by Threely Dimensions Inc. It launched in private beta on October 4, 2026, and it is mobile-only: there is no Gacha website and no separate download. You open a pack in the app and pull a graded Pokemon, One Piece or sports card. From there Tria gives you three options: keep the card in your collection, sell it back instantly in the app, or have the physical card shipped to you.
Getting in is the first catch. Gacha is a private launch for invited users, with a waitlist for everyone else. Tria says more invites go out every day, and that referring friends helps you move up the list without guaranteeing a date. The wider Tria app is also still invite-gated for some users, judging by its store reviews.
What is published, and what is not
Tria’s launch post is clear about the shape of the product and quiet about every number a buyer would want. There is no published pack price list: the only prices anywhere in the announcement are the leaderboard prizes, which include packs worth $50, $100 and $250. There are no published odds, pull rates or card pools, no expected-value figure, and no provably-fair system to check a pull against after the fact.
The sell-back has the same gap. It is instant and in the app, but Tria publishes no rate, no spread and no valuation basis, and it does not say whether the proceeds land as spendable wallet balance or stay as in-app credit. Most pack sites publish at least a percentage, so a buyer can work out the exit before spending. Here the exit price only exists at the moment you are offered it.
Payments are the one detailed area. Packs can be paid for with the Tria Visa card or the wallet balance. During the beta, card payments run on a shared limit of $50,000 a day across all users, first come, first served, refilling daily; when it runs out, the wallet still works. Tria also advertises up to 6% cashback on Gacha packs paid with its card for a limited time, depending on membership tier.
Payouts and shipping
On paper, the payout is the sell-back itself: instant, in the app. What form the money takes is unpublished, and there are no user reports yet, because the beta is two weeks old and invite-only. The company-wide written reviews for the Tria app include complaints about moving money back out of the wallet and about support replies, but those cover the wallet and card, not Gacha, and we have not scored Gacha on them.
Shipping is stated in one line: the physical card can be shipped to you. No cost, no delivery time and no destination list is published for Gacha, so there is nothing to hold the platform to yet.
How we scored it
- Fairness 1.0: the pack categories and grading are named up front (0.5) and the stability default (0.5). No published odds, card pools or pull rates, no provably-fair scheme and no expected-value figure to score.
- Value 3.5: an instant sell-back exists, but with no published rate, valuation basis or pack price list, the value of a pack cannot be checked from outside. The limited-time card cashback offer (up to 6%, tier-dependent) is the only published offset.
- Payouts 4.0: instant in-app sell-back per Tria, scored at the default band because the destination of the proceeds is unpublished and there are no user reports yet.
- Experience 5.0: an established app on both stores with a large existing user base, capped for the invite-only beta, mobile-only access, and no responsible-play tools mentioned in the launch material.
- Support 5.0: neutral default. There are no Gacha-specific support reports; the support complaints in the app stores cover the wallet side.

Tria Gacha FAQ
Is Tria Gacha legit?
Tria Gacha doesn't clearly name its operating company on the pages we reviewed. It doesn't offer a provably-fair system, so individual outcomes can't be independently verified.
