Yes, Packs.com is a real site run by Mejmr LLC, selling raw Pokemon, MTG and One Piece cards through packs that start at $6.85. Its provably-fair system is documented and verifiable. The part that matters most for your wallet is the coin economy. You can buy coins and spend them, but you can never cash them out. Sell a card back and you get coins. Only shipped cards carry value off the site.

The 100% buyback is real money math with fake money

Sell back any pull and Packs.com pays 100% of the card’s coin value, in coins. A card the site values at 100 coins sells back at 100 coins. 1.00 x 100 = 100. No haircut. Compare that with most of the sites we track, which take 10 to 15% off the top.

The catch is what the coins are. They can’t be withdrawn as cash, and they can’t be spent anywhere else. So the buyback preserves your full pull value but locks it inside Packs.com. You’re deciding whether you want more packs or a card shipped, never whether you want your money back.

Shipping takes a while

US orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks from order, and the site says it refunds shipping fees if an order runs past 4 weeks. International orders run 4 to 8 weeks. A couple of positive Trustpilot reviews mention reliable fulfillment, which lines up with the advertised window, though we saw no quantified user reports on actual delivery times.

Five reviews, one pointed one

Packs.com holds 3.8 stars from 7 Trustpilot reviews. That’s thin enough that one reviewer sets the tone, and the loudest one is skeptical. It says ownership is hidden, that demo spins behave differently from real-money spins (support denied that), and that the site runs no rewards program despite what the reviewer calls poor odds.

We could not verify the demo-versus-real claim, and one review is not proof of anything. But the ownership point has a paper trail. The terms name Mejmr LLC under Delaware law, while the Trustpilot profile lists a different company. Mismatched business names deserve a raised eyebrow, not a verdict.

On the positive side, deposit options include PayPal and Apple Pay, which at least give you a reversible channel if something goes wrong.

The short version

Our scorecard grades Packs.com strongest on fairness (4.5) and experience (4.5), and weakest on payouts (1.0), because there is no payout at all. Value sits at 2.5. If you want a shot at raw cards you can hold, and you accept that every dollar you put in only comes back out as cardboard, it does what it says. If you want any path back to cash, this is the wrong site.
