Is Pullbox Legit? Cheap Boxes, Free Coins and a 60-Day Clock

Yes, Pullbox is a real company, CCG Labs LLC of Delaware, running a US-based mystery box site for MTG, Pokemon, Lorcana and One Piece since January 2024. It is one of the cheapest ways into this category, with boxes starting at $0.11 and free daily coins that reviewers genuinely love. The tradeoff is written in the coin rules. Coins can’t be withdrawn as cash, sell-back pays in coins at an unpublished rate, and cards you leave unclaimed convert to coin vouchers after 30 to 60 days.

The 60-day clock

Pullbox aims to ship within 30 days, plus up to 15 more for high-end cards it has to source. That part is normal. The part that catches people is the expiry policy. Items not withdrawn within 30 to 60 days convert to coin vouchers. A September 2026 Trustpilot reviewer describes learning this the hard way, logging back in a year later to find their cards gone, a change they say was announced on Discord rather than by email.

So the rule is simple. Withdraw on time or lose the physical claim. Once your value is in coins, it never comes back out as cash.

What users actually report

Pullbox holds 3.7 stars across 113 Trustpilot reviews, a mixed profile tilted positive. Recent reviewers praise the free-to-play loop, the community, and cards arriving in better condition than stated. One July 2026 reviewer reports being almost entirely free-to-play for three years and withdrawing over $300 in cards.

The negative cluster is mostly from 2025: nine reports of shipping delays of a month or more, three reports of withdrawal cancellations, plus complaints about bans and moderator conduct. The one consistent 2026 complaint is the expiry policy above. Pullbox rarely replies on Trustpilot, which doesn’t help its case.

Fairness is the bright spot

Pullbox’s provably-fair system is the most documented of the four sites in this batch. The seed hash shows before you open, and a Verify button lets you check the result afterward. In a category where most sites ask you to take their word for it, that is worth something concrete. Our scorecard grades fairness 5.5 and payouts 1.0, which tells you exactly where the confidence should sit.
