Best Pack Ripping Sites by Country (October 2026)
Which pack ripping sites take accounts in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, from all 44 listings, plus per-card shipping costs.

Pack ripping is a US-first market. Of the 44 platforms in our directory, 14 take US accounts only, 2 take the US and Canada, 14 describe themselves as worldwide with a published list of excluded countries, and 14 never say where they operate at all.
Where you can open an account and where a platform will ship the physical card are two different questions, and the listings split on both. This post goes country by country, using only what each platform’s own pages and terms say, as recorded in our listings on October 15, 2026.
The short version:
- US readers get the widest choice: 16 US-first platforms, plus most of the worldwide group.
- Canada has 2 direct options, and a few US platforms ship cards north for a per-card fee.
- The UK is excluded outright by HypeDrop, and reportedly blocked by Collector Crypt.
- Europe is a patchwork. Tilt Rips and HypeDrop each exclude a different set of European countries.
- No listing names Australia or New Zealand at all. The worldwide group is the only route in.
| How the platform describes its reach | Platforms | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| US only | 14 | Accounts limited to US customers |
| US and Canada | 2 | Pullbox and Stadium Vault |
| Worldwide, with exclusions | 14 | Open internationally, minus the countries each one names |
| Not stated | 14 | No published region list; expect the check at signup or withdrawal |
United States
The US-only group is Cases.gg, CrownCards, GameStop Power Packs, Godpack, LastPack, MintPull, Packed, Packs.com, Packz, PICKEM Ripping Packs, Poke-Collect, PrizePicks Packs, Rip Rush and Underdog Rips. Pullbox and Stadium Vault add Canada.
The checks are real. Packed (PlayPacked, Inc.) verifies a US location and phone number, and it is iPhone only. Packz (Packz, Inc.) checks device location. LastPack (Lotus Digital Inc.) requires a US phone number. The Packs.com terms (Mejmr LLC) require US citizenship or an authorized country. GameStop Power Packs are for US residents only, and Poke-Collect’s digital packs and vault shipping are US only, per its cancellation policy.
State lines matter as much as the border. Nevada is the most excluded state: Cases.gg, LastPack, MintPull, PICKEM, Rip Rush and Underdog Rips all exclude it. Washington is excluded by Cases.gg and PICKEM, and partially restricted by HypeDrop. Michigan is out at Cases.gg and PICKEM. Montana is out at PICKEM, and the Cases.gg terms list it too, though its sweepstakes rules do not. Minnesota is out at PICKEM only, and Idaho at Cases.gg only.
Age gates vary inside the US as well. PICKEM requires 19 or 21 in some states. PrizePicks Packs (SidePrize LLC, doing business as PrizePicks) is rolling out state by state with a minimum age of 18, 19 or 21 depending on the state, and PrizePicks says it plans to reach all 50 states.
Most of the worldwide group also takes US accounts, with three exceptions worth care. PackDraw (Packdraw Limited) lists the United States as restricted, and our own visit from the US was refused. Collector Crypt excludes China, Hong Kong and Macau in its terms, but third-party reviews say its gacha is also blocked in the US, so check before depositing. GEMINT (J Lab Ltd.) keeps a prohibited-jurisdictions list that may include some US states, and LuxDrop’s exclusion list comes from third parties, who do not confirm its US status either way.
One restriction is about shipping rather than accounts: users report that Pullz (Delta Two Inc) does not ship cards to 13 US states.
Canada
Two platforms take Canadian accounts directly. Pullbox (CCG Labs, LLC) and Stadium Vault (Stadium Live Studios Inc.) both serve the US and Canada, and both stop withdrawals and shipping at that border.
Godpack (Abelian, Inc.) sits in our US group, and it is also the clearest cross-border shipper in the directory. Its terms do not say which countries can open accounts, but physical cards ship to Canada at $10 per card, against $5 per card inside the US, with one card per shipment and Canadian recipients paying any import duties and taxes. Ten keeper cards shipped to Canada cost $100 in shipping alone.
Two US-account platforms still send physical product north. Cases.gg ships physical prizes to North America and the EU, and DOPA! (sinsa Inc.) ships its English-language cards to the US and Canada only.
Watch two exclusions. HypeDrop partially restricts Ontario, and Underdog Rips (Underdog Sports) states plainly that it is not available in Canada.
United Kingdom
HypeDrop (Packed Ltd) excludes the United Kingdom outright, along with Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, China and Russia. Collector Crypt is the other caution: third-party reviews say its gacha is blocked in the UK, even though its own terms list only China, Hong Kong and Macau.
The rest of the worldwide group does not name the UK in its exclusions: Arena Club (Arenaclub.com, Inc.), Courtyard (Courtyard, Inc.), DOPA!, GEMINT, IcyBox (InfiniteEdge Inc.), Rip.fun, Tilt Rips (Tilt Rips LLC) and Upper Deck Moments (The Upper Deck Company). Topps Instant Packs sells in select countries only, and individual releases can be US only, so its availability changes by drop.
Two UK-specific details from the listings. Phygitals (Phygitals, Inc.) pays fiat withdrawals by UK Faster Payments, next to US bank transfer and SEPA. And Jemlit (JLT Digital Media Ltd) ships physical prizes to the UK, though it does not publish which countries can open accounts.
Arena Club carries the standing warning for anyone outside the US: four international buyers between July and September 2026 said shipping and import duties cost more than the card they had shipped.
Europe
There is no single European answer, because the worldwide platforms exclude different countries. Tilt Rips excludes Italy, Spain, Romania, Czechia and Lithuania, on top of a long list of sanctioned countries. HypeDrop excludes Poland, Switzerland and Turkey, and is partially restricted in Cyprus, Denmark, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia. Third parties report LuxDrop (Indubitably Services Ltd) as unavailable in Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia and Denmark, and say that list is not complete.
On the shipping side, Cases.gg sends physical prizes to the EU even though its accounts are US only. Jemlit ships to Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway and Denmark. Phygitals pays out over SEPA. Courtyard excludes Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, plus the Crimea and Donbas regions, and pays by bank and debit only in supported countries.
Australia and New Zealand
No platform in our directory names Australia or New Zealand, in either direction. Nothing lists them as served, and nothing lists them as excluded.
The route in is the worldwide group whose exclusion lists leave both countries out: Arena Club, Courtyard, DOPA!, GEMINT, IcyBox, Phygitals, Rip.fun, Tilt Rips and Upper Deck Moments among them. DOPA! ships its Japanese-language cards worldwide from Japan. The big US vault platforms ship from the United States: Courtyard’s cards travel by FedEx from its Delaware vault.
Set expectations on cost and time before depositing. No listing publishes Australia or New Zealand shipping rates or times, and the one pattern international buyers do report, at Arena Club, is duties and shipping that can top the value of the card.
An account is not a delivery address
Several platforms split the two maps. Cases.gg takes US accounts and ships prizes to North America and the EU. CrownCards (Crown Cards LLC) ships to US addresses only. DOPA! ships Japanese-language cards worldwide, but English-language cards only to the US and Canada. Godpack ships to the US and Canada and nowhere else.
The per-card fees decide whether shipping a pull is worth it:
- Godpack: $5 per card to the US, $10 per card to Canada, one card per shipment.
- Stadium Vault: users report shipping fees of around $8 or more per card. A keeper from a $1 pack costs close to $9 to hold.
- LETSGO (LETSGO Interactive Inc.): three App Store reports from September 2026 put shipping at $7 per card, with no combining.
- Pullz: users report about $20 per card.
- Repackz (Collectbase Inc., the Collectibles.com operator): $3 handling per redeemed card, plus shipping and sales tax. Its support docs describe redemptions shipped outside the US, and it states no delivery time.
Selling back avoids most of this, which is part of why buyback terms matter more the further you are from a platform’s vault. Our cheapest pack sites post runs the same per-card math at the low end of the market.
The 14 that do not say
Boxed.gg, ClutchPacks (Big Time Tech Ltd), Fanatics Live Instant Rips (Fanatics Live, Inc.), Jemlit, Krush.gg (Krush Entertainment Ltd), LETSGO, MNSTR (Monster Strategy, Inc.), OpenThatPack (RW.SOFTWARE LLC), Pullz, Repackz, RillaBox (Technexus Ltd), Rips by Triumph (Triumph Labs, Inc.), ripz.gg and Trove (Trove Inc.) publish no list of countries they serve.
A few scraps exist. The Rips by Triumph pages name only Nevada as excluded. A third party says ClutchPacks users must be in the US. Trove and LETSGO exclude “Prohibited Jurisdictions” in their terms without listing them. The ripz.gg terms tell users they are responsible for local legality, and its operator is not disclosed.
Treat an unpublished region list as a risk that shows up at the worst moment: the identity check before your first withdrawal. The full region data for every platform, exclusions included, is on our regions page, the scores behind the names are in the best pack ripping sites roundup, and head-to-head numbers live on our compare pages.
Every figure and exclusion in this post comes from the linked listings, which cite each platform’s own pages, checked October 15, 2026. Terms change quietly, so confirm on the platform before you deposit. Our methodology explains how listings are researched and scored.

Common questions
Which pack ripping sites work outside the US?
Fourteen of the 44 platforms in our directory describe themselves as worldwide, with published exclusion lists. Another 14 never say where they operate, so for those the only test is signup or the first withdrawal.
Which pack ripping sites can Canadians use?
Pullbox and Stadium Vault take Canadian accounts directly. Godpack ships physical cards to Canada at $10 per card, Cases.gg ships prizes to North America, and most worldwide platforms do not exclude Canada, though HypeDrop partially restricts Ontario.
Can I rip packs from the UK?
Yes, but not everywhere. HypeDrop excludes the United Kingdom outright, and third-party reviews say Collector Crypt's gacha is blocked there. The other worldwide platforms do not name the UK in their exclusion lists, and Jemlit ships physical prizes to the UK.
Are there pack ripping sites for Australia and New Zealand?
None of our 44 listings names Australia or New Zealand, as served or as excluded. The options are the worldwide platforms whose exclusion lists leave both countries out, and their cards ship from vaults in the US or Japan.
If a site accepts my account, will it ship my cards to me?
Not always. Account regions and shipping regions differ: Cases.gg takes US accounts but ships prizes to North America and the EU, CrownCards ships to US addresses only, and Godpack charges $5 per card to the US and $10 per card to Canada, one card per shipment.
